"My review on the basis of my past experience around three years ago, that time it open around 2 O'Clock and close 8 pm And a few months ago, it open at 11 to 2 then close, again open at 4 to 7pm So, whenever you want to go there please once call there take confirmation regarding to opening timing of Library.
